Catalan Wine Festival at The Little Grand

Announcing Festa Major, a Spanish wine festival showcasing one of the most exciting regions in wine!

On Sunday, October 26th, from 1–5pm, Little Grand Market teams up with Voyager Beverage to present Festa Major: a Catalan wine festival dedicated to the dynamic wines of Catalonia, Spain.

This event will feature tastings of more than 30 wines from leading organic and natural producers, plus Catalan-inspired tapas crafted exclusively for the festival.

By 2025, Spain’s Penedès will become the first wine region in the world to be entirely certified organic—a global milestone. The region encompassing Barcelona and surrounding areas has exploded in the last 10-20 years as a bastion for creativity in food and drink. The ingenuity of the region’s makers combined with the unique mountainous terroir and proximity to the mediterranean sea makes this region a blossoming world capital for wine and cuisine.

The festival’s name, Festa Major, honors the traditional Catalan wine harvest celebration, blending centuries-old cultural spirit with cutting-edge winemaking in one unforgettable afternoon.

Attendees will have the unique opportunity to meet Joan Cusiné, owner of the renowned Pares Balta winery, alongside national importing icon Selections de la Vina.

Tickets are available at two price points: $50 for a sampling ticket that includes tastings of all wines and event-specific tapas, or $75 for a ticket that includes the full sampling experience plus a complimentary bottle of wine to take home. Additional bottles will be available for purchase throughout the event.
