Fresh & Feta is the latest concept from Tarek, the founder behind Habibi Grill and a chef whose passion for food began long before opening his first restaurant.

Raised in Lebanon, Tarek learned early that food is more than just a meal, it’s how people gather, connect, and feel at home. After moving to Columbus, he set out to build something of his own. What started in 2008 as a late-night concept quickly grew into food trucks, restaurants, and a loyal following across the city.

Fresh & Feta represents the next chapter of that journey, bringing the same commitment to quality and tradition into a fresh, fast-casual experience.
